Exchange and Returns

We operate a strict no-refund policy and do not accept returns for a cash refund.

For orders within Syria and Lebanon, we offer an exchange-only policy within 3 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Kindly note that the customer is responsible for all shipping and delivery costs associated with the exchange process.

Damages and issues
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@hayaatassi.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
